Correctional Services said that “matters are under control” at Johannesburg’s Sun City Prison on Wed.
The NPA has a right to take Jacob Zuma to court if they believe there is enough evidence to link him to Schabir Shaik's corruption case.
The threat by the Friends of Zuma to Vusi Pikoli and the NPA suggests that the ANC deputy president is untouchable and above the law.
Most South Africans are no longer fighting a political war, but an economic one and the country is divided in its support for a man whose morals are questionable. I don't think I would welcome him as president. Leadership must be chosen on merit, not ethnicity. Some people feel that the ANC leadership revolves around Xhosas and they therefore support Zuma.
Where there is smoke there is fire. I hope the NPA succeeds in prosecuting Zuma who has cost this country its image.
