People must use roads responsibly

Yesterday I watched as a man crossed the road and put his child in danger. Instead of a signal intersection, he crossed in the middle of the road in the face of oncoming traffic. And he didn't even look. He just crossed, dragging his son behind him. Talk about relying on the kindness of strangers.

Cross at a robot. Wait for the little green man. Do not dawdle at intersections, but hurry across. Do not cross when the little red man is flashing and you are wearing high heels. Look both ways before and while crossing.

Drivers must allow pedestrians to cross at robots. Too many turn in the face of oncoming traffic. Just jolly well wait your turn.
