From a B cup to a double D. That's what Masechaba Dlengezele has done to her boobs.

The 21-year-old said she had had implants two months ago to enhance her breast size.

The former Miss Teen South Africa said she paid more than R30000 at Brooklyn Clinic in Johannesburg for the Dolly Parton look.

"I feel sexier and more confident. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Not that I had confidence issues before," she said.

Her friends thought she was crazy when she told them what she was going to do. Even some of her relatives were unhappy, she said.

"The only person who supported me was my mother. I'm very fortunate to have a mom like her. She's very open-minded and understanding."

Dlengezele said though the surgery was very painful, it was worth it.

"I was in bed for two weeks, but when I came out, everyone was admiring me.

"Traffic officers don't stop me anymore, they just admire my boobs.

"I have been shopping for bras and flaunting my new look. Guys are drooling over me."

Her cup might be running over, but she says she is lonely.

"I'm still searching for a man, but I'm not desperate," she says. "I didn't do the surgery to get a man."
