Kelly Khumalo, the "only virgin left in Gauteng today", is willing to give away everything but her virtue.
To mark her 22nd birthday tomorrow, Khumalo will give away 22 CDs to lucky fans.
The energetic entertainer, known for her skimpy outfits, insists her virginity is not negotiable.
"No way," she says of the notion of giving up her virginity.
"If I have to give it away, it will have to be to somebody I will spend the rest of my life with. So it won't be any time soon. Or at least not until I find Mr Right," she says, adding that though it's not easy, she's hoping to meet her better half soon
Khumalo says her upbringing in KwaZulu-Natal has played a huge role in her treasuring her virginity.
"It's like a crown. It makes you feel special and if you give it away, it's like losing a part of you you can't reclaim" she said.
Of her new CD Itshitshi, she says: "People are excited about it. They are beginning to understand who Kelly Khumalo is and this gives me a good feeling."
The singer says all the songs are hot, but Itshitshi leads the pack.
"It's about my virginity; trying to explain to people who I am and what I am about."
