The same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago.

I was hit by a drunken driver in Jouberton. When I asked officers to take a blood sample from the driver, I was told it was unnecessary since no one had died.

So I was surprised to find out that the officers failed to take a blood sample from the driver of Lebo's car despite the fact that she died.
