This is why I've stopped listening to Doctors and their so called Balanced diet, most people who live longer usual eat their native food or food found within their area, this is what we call traditional food. Japan's traditional food and their way of eating is deferent from what western medicine prescripts, for example compare us and the older generation, our grand parents especially once living in rural areas they still eat traditional diet: wild spinach which is rich in antioxidants and has a variety of Vitamins and minerals also contains less acids like your folic acid and fatty acids, remember as much as some omega acids are healthy, acid causes cell degeneration in the living cells of your body which needs to be balanced with alkaline based food to neutralise the acids, also they still eat self grained Mabele( wheat) which is high in fibre and wheat germ, remember this protects the mucus membrane which get corroded by all the acidic food we eat, this is what protects the outer wall of your body cells to help fight against virus entering your cell tissues, the main cause of aging is cell degeneration if one can cause cell regeneration in the body then one can live longer, most properties of traditional food is based on this concept of protecting living cells in the body and help promote regeneration of cells in the body.

Who gets born, who dies is entirely in God's hands. When your time is up you go.It doesnt matter what diet you eat.
