"NAIROBI — Former U.N. chief Kofi Annan says he wants more done to stem rising violence in Kenya before a March 4 election to prevent a repetition of the bloodshed that followed the last vote five years ago" AU leaders always talk talk talk and no action and no will implement resolution, no wonder Kenyans have now added to the list of African refugees, its really sad Africa's hemorrhaging human resources and none of so called leaders are doing anything to stem the tide.
