They are the only 1st world country that does not have universal healthcare. The big problem with the US government, is that the Republicans hold the majority in the house of representatives. Therefore, any new bill that Obama pushes, merely gets voted out by the GOP.

Cheese. You cannot make Obama responsible for the huge mess Bush left for him to mop up. He has battled a hostile senate and has survived with dignity, integrity and aplomb - all factors sorely lacking in our political pantheon. He is down to earth and has his finger on the pulse of the "lower classes" unlike any president in the last 60 years or so. You really need to think a little.
