Tourists from South Asian countries that export labour to the UAE will require a university degree to get a visa as the rich Gulf state fights an illegal influx.
Great move for them. Most countries are introducing tough laws all over to decrease numbers of foreign immigrants flooding their countries. It's very hard these days to obtain a British visa, they even increased their Uni fees by 50% last year, to make it hard for international students to study over there. They must not worry, they are more than welcome to "take a tour" to South Africa - remember South Africa welcomes all & sundry. Let those blue collar workers come to Mzansi, let them come & have a nice life as the state will look after them. If they don't believe me they must ask all these foreigners how much of a milk & honey a country South Africa is. By the way, sensible step you have taken UAE. Report Abuse
