when one is hungry, can eat his food anywhere.
When one is sleepy, can sleep anywhere. we have no control over that that is nature, arresting people for such is abusing their rights.
When someone is pressed, can go to any nearest toilet as provided for such.
When one is horney can hav it anywhere convinient, but if the municipality of an area doesnt provide such facilities to do so they have to carry the blame for failing to do so , not the nature respondents.
