This is just cruelty.
How much longer must her poor family suffer before they can get some kind of closure on this?

Its funny, everywhere in the world it seems as though the law cares more for criminals than the victims and their families.
The family might have to shoot the queen to get some answers.

Sad case of the law favouring the criminals. I do not think that anyones human rights should be protected when they are involved in a crime that violated another human right. Drag this idiot kicking and screaming to come and stand trial.

What nonsense is this! Since when does a criminal's need for a 'period of calm" superceed the victim's family's need for justice? Anni will not die in vain my boy, you will pay for your sins.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Dewani; however the world system of justice is wicked, period. Dewani should have been executed already for this offense if there was justice in the world.

when he planned and committed the murder, he didn't think of depression. in cases like these, that's when one thinks of the death penalty because other people from our neighbouring countries and other states have taken advantage of SA justice system, it's too lenient. For example, why can't we be like Thailand whereby they do not waste time if you have broken the law within their country. this is an act, he's buying time for himself. he must come to SA and feel the wrath. how is the dead woman's family suppose to get closer? let him come and face the music, I totally agree.

Let them give him two years in state of one, this waiting period is doing him more harm than good psychologically. His day in court shall dawn ultimately.

Thats nonsense...I'll get him healthy very quickly, get him doing regular excercise, a monitored nutrition program,
some Acupuncture, massage and councelling and he'll be here in 1 month.
Easy! This crap of high profile people getting depressed is kak! What if all the other inmates also got depressed...then what??? Prisons of people getting depressed, must leave...Rubbish!!!

This guy is a real chancer. He has been denying his involvement for so long and by so doing many people are still far from closure. Even after all the evidence against him, he is still being treated like royalty. On top of that, SA is paying the psychiatrist to nurse and soften his guilt. The people who should be getting counselling (her family especially) are left in the cold. I just hope its not our tax money used to settle his bill.

I feel highly offended by British lawyers who present Dewani because they undermine my country and its health system, if Dewani is so ill why can't he be treated in South Africa? South Africa has mental hospital and very good mental hospitals.
What is so important about this criminal Dewani that we have to nurse his condition?
British justice system is r..acist why do they think South Africa cannot look after Dewani? British justice system is treating this family of mrs Dewani differently because they look down upon them because if it was a british girl Dewani would be yawning in jail for example look at the case where a british woman was murdered in Mauritius how long did it take to bring the perpetrators to court?
If british treat people equally why do they cover for this criminal? Insensitive sn..obs.

South African government must work hard to bring back Dewani , they released Dewani and let him take a flight to Britain, now South Africa is being insulted and ridiculed by the Dewani family and british government, the very british government is insulting the pain Annie's family suffers, to the british it is a big joke because non of their person I mean WHITE is involved, so, again it is a black on black.

South Africa must fight this case and extradite Dewani and there is nothing wonderful about their hospitals they are just full of MRSA and rac ism. This is a big case of people dragging their feet because of skin colour which is different from them.
