Criminalising this thing will be a huge problem because even here in South Africa many young wemen and old have gone for female circumcission, and that they defend it. They cut away the inner lips of the V***N, and that is easily noticed, but when talk about it you have to be careful because if you have not done a moutain circumssion, they (circumcissed women) usually become aggressive and denying, if you try to talk about it.

Please bear in mind that in SA, they do not cut away a clitories, but those inner lips called (mallebe), I have tested a number of them, but to tell you the truth, the Kuku was nice, and left no noticiable different when compared to those with mallebe.
