Jesu Christ, what's wrong with this girls, didn't Babsie case serve as a good example the Thai authority don't take crap? i'm pretty sure this girl is married to a Nigerian. I don't get it, that girl risk her life for 24000 Baht. It's about time that Thai court impose a death penalty on this drug mules because they are tarnishing South Africa's image worldwide. Thailand is a beautiful country been there many a times, people are hospitable. Nigerians in Khaosan road and sukhumvit sell drugs to western girls, i wonder how they manage to stay for years while they are not working. That girl should know that there's no shortcut to better life, you gotta bust a nut!!

Now at the rest of the bloggers, before you start going on your ant! N!gerian rampag3.

Think of these facts for a few seconds:

A) She did not depart from SA.
B) There is no proof she is a saff3r or that the ID she holds is genuine.
C) No N!gerian no matter how dnmb will use his legally married wife as a mule. The simple reason he won't do this is because the cops can trace him easily through his marr!age certificate issued by home affa!rs.
D)If this woman could confess that she was sent by a N!gerian what will stop her from saying she was sent by her husband.
E)People use the name N!geria as an excuse for everything, she may have told that lie because she feels that they will give her a lighter sentence if she lies that she was fooled by a N!gerian.
F) I know for a FACT that N!gerians DO NOT sm0ggle m3th overseas. They can easily buy ingredents for making m3th at chemical stores all over thailand. What N!gerians drug deal3rs smuggle overseas is cocaine or heroin.

Saff3rs should take responsibilty for their own actions and stop pointing fingers at others.A drug mule is as bad a drug deal3r because without them the drug will not reach it's destination. All this "i was sent by this guy or that guy" is just lame excuses. You do the crime you do the time.

Now i am going to eat ogbono and pap while you folks dwell on those facts.

But i dont wanna disagree with those who smell fraud the name sounds fishy (is Sotho, tswana , pedi or venda) the names sounds dogy and nigerians are not that dump tehy cant marry u and use u as a mule cos the marrige certificate.

And also the drug is the cheapest that anyone can make at home by mixing candles, salt, handy andy, dishwashers & stuff, i think she was sacrificed for someone to pass unsearched carrying valuable stuff like cociane or heroin.

No loan in Nigeria bcos they know u wont pay. You are very lazy to work for living thats why you leave your country bcos you cannot defraud your own people bcos they are also criminals. South African may be corrupt but at least by their managing to develop their own country thats why you are here, why dont you go to Ethopia or Zimbabwe. You can also kidnap people to get money. U claim to be clever but not clever enough to develop and stay in ur country. If Xenophobic comes back i will support it 100%. The latest trend is the Nigerians will run a fake job recruitment drive. They advertise in a newspaper that they are looking for potential candidates, once you’ve responded they get hold of you and arrange for an interview. Once there the individuals are kidnapped for a lack of a better term and forced to “train” for the mission ahead by swallowing objects during which time you don’t eat.

I know of someone who came from Lesotho to look for a job and ended up forced into the training regime. When her family started getting suspicious they called the South African women who was the mob contact and started threatening her with the police only then did they release her. Today I am told she hates SA with all her heart because of the ordeal.

Once inside the web it is difficult to escape as you and your family are threatened with death should you try escaping, etc. Nobantu’s family could not even travel to Thailand for sentencing because of fear.

Come on somaar, these syndicates operate across South Africa even in Cwele's case a Nigerian by the name of Frank Nabolise was involved. In almost every case of drug trafficking there a Nigerian involved.

Yes we have our own drug traffickers in the Agloittis of this world but who has reduced Hillbrow into a slump, what about Pointe, Sunnyside, Green Point...

In every South African city you now have drugs slums controlled by Nigerians, do we blame that on the Cwele's as well?

I understand the frustrations of saffers in regards to some Nigerians in SA but i want to you all to understand that these crimnals who give us a bad name make up only about 5% of our population in SA.

You have not met a real Nigerian until you meet a honest one.All this talk of xenophobic attacks will not solve the problem. You will end up killing innocents Nigerians while the dangerous ones are protected by the police.

To tackle Nigerian criminals you need to first of all tackle the corrupt SAPs.Without the current saps Nigerian criminals can not thrive.FACT!

Kaloku nje Dzel I said them Nigerians are a small fishes in the big pond of drugs smuggling I didn't say they were entirely blame free, okay they dominate in SA on the drugs stakes, but outside SA its the whole different ball game, I mean SAn american countries such Brazil/Colombia/Venezuela and in Europe the Russians/Bulgarians/Romanians are firmly incharge of this trade but unfortunately for them intelligence are on their tracks, what I am getting at Dzel drugs is the world problem it needs to be fought as an international crime (like terrorism) to help countries without resources which does not have resources to fight this problem, but in many cases in the drug business there are very powerful gov officials who are bankrolled by these guys, not only in SA but various parts of the world, and I can assure you the better organised ones in this trade and the ones owning big stakes are not Nigerians, anyway why do these SAn girls getting involved with drug dealers not think about their safety, I don't feel sorry for them

MissBhakajuju...I am sorry i insulted you, that was ungentlemanly of me.Forgive me i just got emotional.

I understand the frustrations of saffers in regards to some Nigerians in SA but i want to you all to understand that these crimnals who give us a bad name make up only about 5% of our population in SA.

Are we supposed to take comfort in that not all Nigerians are drug smugglers when almost everything associated with Nigeria is negative? How am I supposed to trust and respect you when your fellow countrymen are destroying lives and forcing kids into prostitution?

Trust me you don’t understand how it feels to have someone come into your house and start disrespecting you in front of your family. Why is it that everywhere Nigerians go they leave a trail of pain and destruction?

Are we supposed to understand and pretend all is well.

What is the Nigerian population that is not involved in crime doing to ensure this madness stop, what is your government doing?

what I also fail to understand is that most women caught smuggling drugs for alleged Nigerian drug lords are not Nigerian women, so I deduce from this these women are foolish cause if Nigerians used women to smuggle drugs then these women are willing participants.
==========================================================

They use South Africans as intermediaries but I get your question, why not back out as soon as you know a Nigerian is involved but many a times by then it is too late to escape for many.

Somaartakeit...I know sister,it does not bother me much. Most of the saffers i interact with on a daily basis are nice people. It is just internet warriors who promotes from the privacy of their computers.

Dzel..you have a point and i support you 100% but what about those over 1 million Nigerians who are honest hardworking people? Nigerians who are IT specialists,Web designers,Djs,Actors, legit Businessmen,Embassy officials ,lawyers ,Doctors e.t.s What about those Nigerians?

Let me tell you my own experience : ALL and i repeat ALL South Africans i have ever met in my life cannot tell i am a Nigerian. They all have this perception of how Nigerians talk ,dress and walk and they expect all Nigerians to be behave the same way.

Even recently while i was watching friends like on SABC1 ,DJu did not believe one of the contestants was a Nigerian student because he did not speak like a "Nigerian".The simple truth is that some saffers intentionally choose to remain ignorant about Nigerians. We are seen as the boogeymen, they keep forgetting that every society ,tribe and race has it own share of good and bad people.

My neighbor only found out i was a Nigerian at my son's birthday 2 years ago.Not all Nigerians are the same. For flip sake we are 167 million strong in Nigeria + 20 Million strong Nigerians overseas. How in the GOD's green earth can we all be criminals ??????? There is massive discrimination against Nigerians and its worse in SA.I want you to watch this youtube video and tell me if this Nigerian woman deserve how she was treated by the metro police. Her crime : she was sharing flyers promoting her hair salon to pedestrians:

youtube.com/watch?v=o2psh_omodA

Now after you watch that video ,come back and tell me if that woman deserves to be beaten to a coma or if she deserved to be totally abandoned on the main road by the metro police like a rag doll. How do you think Nigerians in Nigeria will react if they all watched that video. No one deserves to be hated the way some of our SA brothers and sisters hate us.No society can boast to be angels.Just take a look at SA,you have your own share of monsters but we Nigerians don't generalize and discriminate against you.

Kaloku nje Dzel I said them Nigerians are a small fishes in the big pond of drugs smuggling I didn't say they were entirely blame free, okay they dominate in SA on the drugs stakes, but outside SA its the whole different ball game, I mean SAn american countries such Brazil/Colombia/Venezuela and in Europe the Russians/Bulgarians/Romanians are firmly incharge of this trade but unfortunately for them intelligence are on their tracks, what I am getting at Dzel drugs is the world problem it needs to be fought as an international crime
===================================================

Always concentrate on factors within your control. We cannot control the international drug trade, that is the responsibility of Interpol and other agencies but we can control what happens in South Africa and involves South Africans. In South Africa Nigerians are a big headache, they control the trade and therefore should be primary targets.

@Somaartakeit..there are actually many Nigerian women being arrested for drug trafficking. The SA media does not report this because they don't consider it to be newsworthy.Drug dealers do not respect any woman ,they will even use their mothers as drug mules if they could. What you must understand is that way before Nigerians started using foreign woman they have been using young Nigerian girls.I urge you to watch the Aljazeera documentary about Nigerian girls been trafficked to italy.

Visit this websit3 : www.ndlea.gov.ng

It is the anti narcotic agency of Nigeria's website ,you will see all the people that have been arrested recently in Nigeria.

Dzel....to be fair on the Nigerian Govt ,they are doing their bit to fight the drug trade. It is some members of the SAPS and some powerful saffers in SA who sabotaging the efforts of the Nigerian Government because they benefit from the trade.

The maximum sentence for drug trafficking in Nigeria is death but in SA a drug dealer can get bail within a few minutes and they also get tip offs which allows them to escape out of the country. If you know of any Nigeria who him into the drug trade, you can report him to the website above and they will set a trap for him to be caught.

Dusc..charity begins at home. How come Nigerian kids don't abuse drugs. Some saffer parents are to blame ,they give their kids too much freedom and allow them to go clubbing at a young age or hang out with the wrong crowd.

Why do you abuse achohol in front of your children? Why do you send your kids to go and buy alchohol and cigarettes for you. These kids copy what their parents do so before you start condemning a people, look inward and correct your mistakes.

These Nigerian drug dealers did not come and knock on your front door to advertise the drugs to you.It is you and your kids who drive to the slums in their fancy cars and do business with these scumbags.Watch what your children and relatives are doing.Stop getting drunk and abusing drug in night clubs. Many of you who are are crying fowl abuse drugs and alchohol but come here to act holier than thou.

If you drink excessively ,you are part of the problem
If you smoke excessively ,you are part of the problem

and if you do all these in front of your children you are part of the problem.

What the woman is saying is that this woman has a history of epilepsy and that she once passed out at Shoprite, I am not sure which Shoprite it is.

Yes it is confirmed she was assaulted, kick apparently but before the ambulance arrives they are literally shouting for an ambulance to be called.

I cannot condone the use of violence especially against women but contrary to what you may think bystanders are actually sympathetic to the point of pointing out the culprit through out the video. the guy is even asked how can he beat up a woman.

Do you know why she was assaulted in the first place? You seem to imply nationality has something to do with the assault. My advise is lodge a complaint with JMPD's Internal Affairs in Loveday Street, there is enough evidence of misconduct so they can't spin this one.

Tpaz...tjo that is a question even we N!gerians ask ourselves.I guess the answer is not so complicated.N!gerians love to travel ,we are like the Ind!ans and the Ch!nese. We just love to travel and we are everywhere.Secondly our population is too much coupled with economic problems back home. Most N!gerians believe that they can have a better life overseas unfortunately they find out later that overseas is not all that and are always too ashamed to go back home empty handed.

Most of these boys you see who engage in criminal activities left Nigeria with good intentions but after of staying overseas for over a year with no job and no money they join bad gangs in order to make quick money. Many of them are semi educated and do not have any skills so they just resort to crime.

The Nigerians who have skills are the ones who adapt to their new environment and build their careers from scratch

DZEL...The NDLEA is stretched as it is.The majority of Nigerian drug dealers are based in the USA,Europe ,ASIA and not SA as per the statistics available to them.

They focus mainly of tips offs and use it to effect arrests.Unfortunately the SAPS does not always arrest anyone the NDLEA asks them to arrest.I can categorically state that the NDLEA does not trust the SAPS one bit because of some strange experiences which they have had with them in the past.Without the full coorporation of the SAPS and the justice department of SA,the NDLEA can only do so much.

In the regards to the woman in the video ,she was assaulted because she was distributing flyers for her hair salon. She was approached by a metro police officer who tried to extort a bribe from her before she could be allowed to carry on distributing her flyers. The Nigerian woman had no money so she pleaded with the metro cop to let her be as she had no money to give. This is when the metro cop now tried to seize the flyers from her.The Nigerian women unfortunately struggled and try to run away with here flyer but she was assaulted by the metro cop.

I personally feel that the woman husband's is an idot,no one will beat my wife like that and get away with it even if the person is carrying an R4 rifle.I won't even report the officer ,i will give him a tatse of his own medicine and go to jail for it..They reported the matter to the police but nothing came out of it because they are foreigners and the reality in SA is that foreigners have no rights.A saffer could literaly shoot a Nigerian on the street in full view of the security camera and he will not go to jail. That is just the the way it is.

Cut & Paste from the "ndlea.gov.ng":

Wanted Persons List The person should be considered innocent until proven guilty. If any member of the public has any information about one of the wanted persons, they should not contact the General Secretariat directly, but contact the police in the place where the person has been located or identified. An official Interpol Wanted Fugitives list is maintained on the Interpol website. This information may be copied and distributed. However, it must be clearly stated that this list represents a very small proportion of the full list - only those notices approved for public dissemination appear on the web site. Any unauthorised alteration of any portion of Interpol Wanted Fugitives notices is considered as a violation and subject to legal prosecution.

Phunyukabemphethe & MissBhakajuju....I will like to address the so called sworn statement of Nolubabalo Nobandla( The dreadlock cocaine girl) .

She said she was FORCED to smuggle drugs? N!gger pleaze!

Now let me ask one intelligent question and i expect an intelligent answer.I have traveled several times overseas on an airplane times before and i know that the journey from brazil to thailand will take no less than 8 hours.

If Nolubabalo did not want to smuggle the drugs ,why did she not not go to the airplane's toilet ,remove here hair piece and flush the drugs down the toilet? It won't even take her more than 1hr to do so.I help my wife remove her hair piece all the time so i know what i am talking about.

Is this not the same Nolubabalo who boasted on her facebook page to her friend that she will rich soon? Please prove me wrong! What i dislike is when saffers want to make excuses for their citizens who have committed a crime.Nigerians don't make excuse for Nigerian criminals so please don't make excuses for Nolubabalo.

This is the first part of her sworn statement and it is a dead give away that she is just a greedy scheming liar:

"The only reason why I have pleaded guilty is because I cannot deny that I brought the drugs to Thailand. However, the court must understand how it happened and when sentencing me, to show mercy and understanding.I am not a drug trafficker but a victim of the human trafficking business that is conducted in South Africa by foreigners who come to the country under the pretext that they are running from persecution in their countries."

This girl is well educated and no fool, she was just greedy. She said she did not know know what she was doing but she sat for hours while her hair was loaded with coke. Please spare us the BS! Like i mentioned earlier all these girls mention the name Nigeria to get a lighter sentence. They are aware of their actions and they were not forced into doing anything.

Does it not surprise you guys that here statement is perfect? Common people don't be fooled ,this statement was prepared in advance in case anything goes wrong.I hard read reports from those who were close to this girl and they all say she knew was she was doing. She even took her friends out to an expensive restaurant and paid for their food and drinks a few days before she flew to brazil. No one can force to go and risk your life. They did not hold a gun to her head on keep her in chain. She had ample time on the flight to dump the drugs on the flight but she did not!

No mercy for drug dealers and mules.Did you read the part of Hilda who voluntarily went back to brazil to work for these guys? Was she forced too? If she gets caught to tomorrow she will also play the victim again. All these people are criminals finish and klaar.

Yes i agree , that page is not very helpful but i believe the reason for it being blank is not to alert the wanted suspects or to prevent someone from tipping them off.

However the pictures of the ones already arrested ones are there for everyone to see and avoid.

If SAPs or the Hawks can create a photo database of all drug dealers/criminals who have ever been arrested for one crime or the other and allow the public to access it freely.I believe that will help a lot of people to identify and stay away from the dangerous people in their community.
