I am not Mosqueer...so if i have overstepped by replying - I humbly apologise! However your question to him is very tweeked my interest.
It is a natural urge to be sexually aroused and active...it however is not a natural urge to wish and then proceed to make that wish come true in sleeping with a child.
It does seem disconcerting to be able to ingest/inject something that actually takes away one's natural urges which basically changes one's natural makeup...BUT taking into consideration that Jesus did advice us to pluck out our eye if it caused us to sin and cut off and throw away our hand if it too led to sin...it's highly debatable - but then if that was the case then we'd all be one eyed and one handed freaks!!

@EMJay_001I think you are dissecting the issue a little too much!! What we have here is a case of a person who (only God knows) intenionally or unintenionally looks at a child and is aroused and wants to do something TO that child because of his state of arousal!!
Then we have a source that would take away that urge ...not because we feel like taking away that urge...but because its a necessity!! He's a threat...whether its beyond his control or not!
Eeven without the religios guise...chemically castrating him is the right thing to do...because he can't control himself and because of his past actions the control is now no longer in his hands. Simple Don't over analyse...just look at it as ..and I'm sorry I'm going to say this...but a God's send!
