A college student picked up in a federal drug sweep in California was never arrested, never charged and should have been released. Instead, authorities say, he was forgotten in a holding cell for four days.

lmao...this happens all the time in SA...and in the States, everyone prays for it to happen to them...because they know they will sue the state millions...not here in SA...you get a good clap if you threaten to sue...

Chong said he ingested a white powder that he found in the cell. Agents later identified it as methamphetamine

.... well that will account for the hongfong hallucinations

If I was Chong, I would sue the government for each and every pain I endured. 4 days = 96 hrs, I would sue them for an equivalent R500 000 per hour.
