An Australian civil servant who claimed compensation for injuries sustained during a sex romp while on a business trip won her case in a Sydney appeals court.
When the case came before the initial tribunal, lawyers for the government had argued that civil servants away for work needed to eat, sleep and attend to their personal hygiene but that "you don't need to have sex."
