Ijo!! These are good verses but they do not remove the fact that in most religious communities, normally all good things are attributed to God, and all bad things to satan. Thus in my opinion its quite unfortunate that we attempt to attribute the cause of this boy's disability to evil forces - next time it may be argued that all ugly people were created in the image of Satan. Putting such innocent people with deformities as products of satan is not different to Eugenics or social darwinism, which attempetd to classify other folks as inferior or even unwanted.

I guess it's us trying to make sense of our realities which leads us to formulating this believe systems, the fact that 2 people coming from deferent religions can attest and confirm their religion to be true means both deferent in mind can see or manifest their believes in their realities. meaning the truth or the proven reality is in the believer's mind. The way I see it is we give this superstitions and religions power, religion and superstition on it's own is useless but once you introduce the human mind into it then it becomes real to that person or cult or sect. One other thing that has been a cause for birth defects in these countries has been identified as the marriage between first cousins. I haven't researched that yet but could that be the case that India/Pakistani marry cousins? What Arabic countries, as most of them do marry cousins, or do are they secretive about birth defects? I have read about almost every country's birth defects but none of Arabic countries and North Korea.

Ijo!! These are good verses but they do not remove the fact that in most religious communities, normally all good things are attributed to God, and all bad things to satan. Thus in my opinion its quite unfortunate that we attempt to attribute the cause of this boy's disability to evil forces - next time it may be argued that all ugly people were created in the image of Satan. Putting such innocent people with deformities as products of satan is not different to Eugenics or social darwinism, which attempetd to classify other folks as inferior or even unwanted.
Notheless, i admire the way u have mastered the Bible sister!!!!

@Galfrendmy desire is for you to understand those verses as you read them right now, but it is difficult if you dont accept and invite the Spirit of God to help you discern deep things hidden in the word of God. no-one will understand the word of God with his/her own understanding but with the help of the Spirit of God. pray for God to give you wisdom to reveal deep things in His word. we are taught to read and study the bible daily with the help of the Holy Spirit.

The way I see it is we give this superstitions and religions power, religion and superstition on it's own is useless but once you introduce the human mind into it then it becomes real to that person or cult or sect. Looking at this from the Khemet Knowledge system I can say our true form of our reality is determined by our held thoughts in mind, our held emotions in us and our sense of true self( Soul) are what determines our reality as a result become your believe of what you think is real or not.

One other thing that has been a cause for birth defects in these countries has been identified as the marriage between first cousins. I haven't researched that yet but could that be the case that India/Pakistani marry cousins? What Arabic countries, as most of them do marry cousins, or do are they secretive about birth defects? I have read about almost every country's birth defects but none of Arabic countries and North Korea.Its very hard for the parents and it will be a quite a challenge for the little person, image the knives they might under go. Hope the best for the little child
