Cement implants in face!

From phony doc who also did 'fix-a-flat' bum

Another alleged victim of Oneal Ron Morris, a transgender woman accused of performing numerous illegal cosmetic procedures, has stepped forward.

Rajee Narinesingh's misshapen and damaged features are still apparent over two years after she says she received a backroom cosmetic procedure from Morris, who police say performed numerous botched procedures.

"I had to end up going to surgery, to get me even to this point," Narinesingh told CBS Miami, pointing to the disfigurement she still is trying to have reversed.

Morris, 33, was arrested earlier this month and charged with practicing medicine without a license with serious bodily injury. She was released on bail, but was rearrested the day before Thanksgiving when a second victim came forward.

Investigators allege Morris injected her patients with toxic chemicals including cement, mineral oil and "Fix-a-Flat" during a painful procedure. They say she sealed the injection points with Super Glue.

Narinesingh, a man who lives as a woman, said she did not have the money to pay a plastic surgeon to enhance her features and went to Morris after learning of her by "word of mouth" in the transsexual community, reports CBS Miami.

"It becomes so dire that you want to match your outside with your inside that you're willing to roll the dice and take your chances," Narinesingh said of her decision to turn to Morris. "As a transgender person, you're thinking 'Oh, my God, I can start to look like I want to look like and I don't have to spend a lot of money.'"

Unlike the five others claiming to be victims of Morris' procedures, Narinesingh has reportedly not filed a police report.
