Please let me die

A man who is paralyzed from the neck down, has gone to court to find out if his wife will be prosecuted if she helps him die

NOT A NICE WAY TO LIVE: Tony Nicklinson wants his wife to be allowed to inject him with a lethal drugs dose without the fear of her being prosecuted for murder. Ref: BBC

Tony Nicklinson suffered a catastrophic stroke in June 2005 and can only communicate by moving his eyes, blinking and nodding.

In a witness statement provided to London’s High Court, the 56-year-old said he was fed up with his life and wanted to die.

Nicklinson is unable to end his own life and wants to know whether his wife, Jane, faces prosecution for murder if she kills him.

Assisted suicide and mercy killing are illegal in Britain.

If the poor man cant talk or move his hands who heard him say he want to die. I mean those were not his exact words right? Does the right to live apply in the man's country?
