Hundreds of employees of the Eastern Cape health department have been issued with final warnings aft.
A Polish couple fell to their deaths while attempting to take a selfie with their children on the edge of a cliff on Saturday, independent.co.uk reports.
According to the report, the couple and their children were on holiday and visiting the cliffs at Cabo da Roca on the west coast of Portugal when the tragic incident took place.
Another couple witnessed the fall and alerted authorities however emergency workers were not able to recover the bodies until Sunday because of poor weather conditions in the area.
Family members of the deceased have since been contacted and are expected to travel to Portugal to deal with situation.
The children, aged 5 and 6, are currently being cared for by Polish diplomats.
