It seems there are many of us who look at the mining sector and all agree with Mr Malema, so why have we been so silent about it, yes the locals must benefit, the Marikana mine must be a lesson to all of us, we can't fold arms and allow greedy people like Cyril Ramaphosa and Patrice Motsepe to own the riches of the Country alone. In Rusternburg the people there must benefit, as well as Limpopo, but if you go to those villages and around mines, people are very poor, they live in shacks and their children travel long distances to schools that are not even looked after, it is painful to see so rich Country but its people suffer in the hands of those who know how. They dont even feel guilty about it, they don't care.

First time i hear one of the seasoned cadre talking sence, we have being blackmailed by business and their foot soldiers who parade as representing the poor and the working class. Shabangu is representing mining companies at the expense of the masses. Cyril is one two fased monster who should not be elevated to the top six as he is more concerned about buying buffaloes and getting workers shot and killed by the police using his relationship with some in government influential positions.

Ben Turok should have made reading his book "Africa where to now" mandatory for his comrades as it asked a lot of critical questions on the best economic solutions for African countries and explored various options which if followed may give us a balance between growing the economy whilst developing and uplifting the people's living standards.
