Am I right in assuming (from what is written here) that the fancy RTMC is a glorified traffic cop organisation?

They need to pay dividends to cabinet ministers and their connections that have shares in the RTMC eh. Also a handout of R240m will allow Mr Letsoalo to increase the material losses from R34m to a more respectable R75m. Handout se moer. Go shepherd some cows if you do not know how to run a business.

So get it out of SANRAL, who botched the whole thing in the first place. Don't go looking for taxpayers' money. Force them into liquidation if necessary.

i understand the frustrations from RTMC< The solution to this problem is to take the money budgeted to nkandla/zumavile and give to to the RTMC and spur us from the e-tolling plsssssss.
