I dont like the small boy but democraticaly this is what our leaders fought for i.e. the right to express your opinion and if you ask me I think its a shame what happened to Julius!!! They should have allowed him to speak at the gathering and if he incited the crowd then arrest him not the other way round. We need to allow people to exercise their rights. I must say that I found the conversation between him and the police intteresting:
Police: " If you walk in there you will be arrested!!
Malema: 'What do you mean i will arrested?? Ok arrest me!!!"
Police: 'I say if you walk in there you will be arrested"
Malema:' Arrested for walking? He banna!!! He banna!! Arrested for walking????

what violence has Malema incited? It is not Malema who told Lonmin to pay a miserly wage/salary/stipend of R4500. Malema is simply enlightening the people on their rights and the obligations that theyir employer and their leaders (ANC) have. I find ot ludicrous and shameful that he was barred to speak to the miners. The ANC NEC needs new advisors as they are continually embarrasing themselves and on the international scene. This is a delicate manner that needs to be dealt with appropriately.

How did failed to advance his course during his hearing proceeding or to start with how was his first approach to his hearing proceeding, did closed his loopholes or did aggravate them? The answer is Juju was stupid in his approach prior to his hearing sitting and his presentation was unintelligent that culminated into his dismissal from ANC. How can he helps the mine workers now from their predicament situations, nothing at all except to endeavor to redeem his political career at expense of degrading those who are in power. You are missing the point. The country prides itself by having the most progressive constitutions in the modern era, the 1996 Constitution, which espouses among other things freedom of association and speech. Those police you are praising had no regard for our Constitution infact they broke the law by preventing Malema from exercising his rights as a citizen of this country.

For me I think Malema has just gained more power from yesterdays incident than many of us may think we was shamed. He has shown that he is the biggest threat to the current government that thinks for themselves but not the society. Malema for correction has nothing to do with miners losing jobs, violence taking place at Marikana as far as I know. The miners lost jobs before Malema addressed them, the violence erupted before Malema addressed the miners. We don't expect someone who has been a Lonmin employee for more than 20 years to be still earning a mere R4500. What the the hell is that? I think Malema is just doing what our so called president should be doing instead of partying at conferences. Politics are not my interest and I am not a Malema follower but I think Zuma and his government should their weakest link yesterday where they stopped a citizen from exercising his right which is in the country's constitution. If the miners are misled then they were misled before Malema because he came in the picture a long after the killings. They say Lonmin lost something like 900Million since the strike, I believe even that won't make a total annum amount for the entire employees if paid the salary they are requesting. Lets be realistic and look at the bigger picture than just commenting for the sake of it.

2. AMCU is not an official union ,its propably a new union that has to follow proper channels to be recognised

3. When striking you dont carry weapons only placats are allowed (these people already killed two police men and two security guards in the early days of strike)

4. When striking you freeze the man power, that leads to no production, if there is no production then the company will feel the heat while Talks between a recognised union and company representatives are on going.

5. When striking the most valuable thing to a striker is Job Security which means there shoul be an agreement letter between an employee and an employer to strike

6. Julius can be right to support the miners but he can be automatically wrong if he too support an illegal strike

7. It is wrong to address people wearing an ANC clothing while addressing the masses whereas there is no mandate from the ANC let alone if you not a member of the organisation

The focus now is on JUJU no longer at the need of the miners, why? we need the updates and development about Marikana's issue.

JuJu was not going to interfere if the mine striker's issues were attended within a manageable time, they feel ignored.

Why the responsible people waited until the issue went out of hands and lended in JUJU's soft hands.

ANC government we are pleading with you not to misuse your powers, the country is crying for the help you promised them, if you don't or keep on promising like an irresponsible lover, people will turn away and look for the new lover.

Nevermind, JUJU's heart is at the mine nationalisation. This issue is at the centre of her heart, WHY? nobody knows.

To those who are talking about democracy, freedom of speech, democratic Constitution, human rights these are all as the results of the struggle by ANC not COPE, DA, FREEDOM FRONT, HOLOMISA'S etc. Under apartheid there was not such. Now you cannot come and tell us about these things because we brought it to liberate you. Stop using what the people of SA under leadership of the ANC achieved. You call counter-revolution tactics as freedom of speech when Malema incite anarchy. For the fact that you even able to write in the media about political issues, you must thank the ANC, because under apartheid, security forces you were going to be hunt down and be killed. But under ANC government no one is going to hunt you down. Anarchists like Malema would not be tolerated. We will treat him as a counter-revolutionary the same way counter-revolutionary have been treated in countries like Angola, Mozambique, Zimbabwe etc. He is joining the likes of Jonas Savimbi, Alfonso Dlakama etc.
