Hope this will help us who are constant SAA travellers. The airline is losing so many customers because of bggage issue. BAA and Virgin allow a separate baggage of 23kg for £32, these are also direct flights to South Africa.
Another appeal is the service people are complaining about from SAA. I never personaaly experience the problem but there has been several complaints of which i had a good mind of drawing a petition.
Thanks to the new SAA CEO, well done madam. Lets wave our flag high, SAA is still the best, some european airlines do not have the service SAA has, i have tried most of them , end up going back to SAA.

Just went though the so called new SAA baggage policy. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES ONLY THE DATES FOR WHEN THE TICKETS ARE BOUGHT, BUT THE CONTENT IS THE SAME. WHAT IS THIS !!!
Allowed check in baggage has been 23kg still is. 8kg for hand luggage still the same, what new policy is SAA talking about. It is high time passengers are aloowed an extra 23kg at a fixed amount like BA and Virgin. Next thing SAA is caught at heatrow with drygs from the crew, what a disgrace !!
