pleople are mislead you cant get anything from SARS if your were not overcharged for PAYE or overpaid your provisional taxes so please avoid this scammer and make use of SARS website it has got userfriendly system of submitting and calculating your returns.

There is a loop hole is the Tax Administration law, most people are making money out of this
not at all the system is designed not to prevent fraud but to allow all sorts of declarations, if a claim is fraudulent then enfocement will take place, same as your common law it allows all sorts of freedom but those abusing it get punisshed not that the system is there to stop any wrong doing.
