Point of correction Mr Editor. members of SA Institute of Professional Accountants (Saipa) are not CA's. It an insult to call someone who spent 7 years of studying and passed all board exams a Saipa member as far as I know a Saipa member can be any one who has a mere Diploma in financial related studies..I take offence. SOWETAN is doing its best to continue its poor reporting. SOWETAN is so bad even in easy things such as soccer reporting, it battles with facts and mixes names of yesteryear greats with that of current players. Report Abuse

I hope he also tell the Auditor General Mr Whoever,that Minister of police is as guilty as charged with the wall build in Natal. You can't expect honesty if you at the top don't practice it. Stupids! Report Abuse
