Point of correction Mr Editor. members of SA Institute of Professional Accountants (Saipa) are not CA's. It an insult to call someone who spent 7 years of studying and passed all board exams a Saipa member as far as I know a Saipa member can be any one who has a mere Diploma in financial related studies..I take offence. Wld you please correct this error.

You tried your level best to put enough money under service delivery and leadership is using that money for its own benefit. You gave them budget and mini budget but they failed, come on.It is high time to change your mission.Bank enough money to people of South Africa because the GOVT is theirs.

@Killera1111, I am not a CA but I also agree that this is nonsense. I expected the article to talk about CA's but it talks about PA's (profesional accountants).
SOWETAN is doing its best to continue its poor reporting. SOWETAN is so bad even in easy things such as soccer reporting, it battles with facts and mixes names of yesteryear greats with that of current players.

I hope he also tell the Auditor General Mr Whoever, that Minister of police is as guilty as charged with the wall build in Natal. You can't expect honesty if you at the top don't practice it. Stupids!
