Why can't the government set the pace. If the government was to bar big business from selling say air-time at retail level it will immediately creat a million jobs. Just tell me why big business like ABSA, Pick n pay etc should be allowed to sell air time. This cuts off the ordinally man such that he has no opportunity of partcipating in any ecomic affair except when he is buying.

dont forget we have different social class if I go to PnP pay by card while a street vendor wont have swapping machine to buy air time

Startups + small businesses (in townships) needs access to low priced goods. There's no point in reselling goods at prices that are already resold, this is unsustainable...
