It is not about skills, it is about Employment policies, the Government is to blame, there are lot of skilled people out there, but the colour of the skin has been made to be the one to decide if that company should employ you of not, the BEEE core card thing is destroying the talents and qualified youth we have in the country, they end up moving aproad. Change your Employement policies and pay proper salaries to everyone you will see. Report Abuse
