Hardly a week in his new post, this Ndebele character was accepting "Gifts" and where it not for the noise made about it he would not have returned the "Gift", seems he did not learn from that debacle, he seems to still enjoy receiving "Gifts" wherever he can, KZN, Austria you name it.
