MEDIA and entertainment group Avusa yesterday formally concluded an agreement with UHC Communications, clearing the way for an acquisition valued at R925 million.
Avusa announced on June 14 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding for the acquisition of Universal Print Group and Hirt & Carter from UHC.
