A parent's love to a child is always about making decisions on what is good for the child. Why move a child from a comfortable only home she has known to a less habitable one?Is he speaking on what he wants or what is best for the child? He just needs to make amicable agreement on how to see the child like every second weekend and every school holiday.

@Chichiwould you do that if yhis were you stay away from the child and never visit her for her own good? how do you know she wants that? does a lavish lifetyle replace ones parents love and attention? why don't these two desparados make their own?

Does he have a house? Support structure? What will happen when new dies? Some dad's are useless. His life is so disorganized and want to do same to the kids. Why do not you appreciate what they do for the kid and support the people doing a wonderful job. Why don't you say thank you.Report Abuse

@ Lindsay- would you rather keep your child back for the sake of love rather than allow the child to have a better future than you have? That i personally feel is so selfish and it is for this reason so many african families keep having kids in poverty and can not afford to even take them to school. Am not saying only those that can afford should have kids but as a parent, think into the future especially the future of your child.

@Chichino but if the people you gave the kid to deny you access to your child you would just stay back and do nothing because you are poor and besides the guy have some sort of a business when he gave them the child he was sorting out his life. do you think these people know where the guy lives now and do you know since they want to adopt the kid they are realy interested in keeping a relationship between father and daughter intact or they just want to steal her period?

@ Lindsay- I think to every story, there is two sides. You are only reading the part of the bilogical father and you did not read the other part where they say that they have never stopped him from seeing the child. If i was this man, i would leave the child where she is, ask that i be given access as stated in my previous comment and when the child gets older, explain the reasons why he did what he did.
