It’s no secret that Vusi Nova and Nathi are pretty close cronies. Recording music together‚ performing and even talking about their relationship on social media‚ they are picture perfect pals.

But how did this little bromance blossom?

“I heard a song of his and then I tracked his number down. I called him‚ and that’s how he got to Joburg‚” Vusi told TMG Entertainment.

 “I It’s no secret that Vusi Nova and Nathi are pretty close cronies. Recording music together‚ performing and even talking about their relationship on social media‚ they are picture perfect pals.ad a hand in him coming to Joburg and I had a hand in his album coming out. So I guess that’s where our relationship started‚” Vusi added.

The two have recorded a song together‚ Nomakanjani‚ which has been trending on radio airwaves across the country. They’ve also worked together again on Vusi’s upcoming album.

 “We’ve just been going stronger and stronger‚” he said.

 When asked how he has taken the news of Nathi being one of the artists leading the pack of nominees at this year’s SAMAs‚ Vusi revealed how proud he was of his bff.

 He says he is confident that the SAMAs are going to give him the recognition that he deserves‚ after Nathi got snubbed at the Metro FM awards for best newcomer.

 “I’m so proud of him. I believe he deserves every single one of those awards. I feel like when it came to the Metros‚ a few months ago‚ he deserved best newcomer – but that didn’t happen. So I’m confident that the SAMAs are going to correct that.”
