EFF leader Julius Malema can now freely say that the ANC led government killed Marikana miners during the Marikana Massacre.

This comes after the Western High Court ruled that it is not unparliamentary to say that the police who shot and killed the miners were deployed by the African National Congress and therefore they are to blame.

Malema was ordered to leave the Parliament in August last year for refusing to withdraw his comments about the Marikana Massacre.

The EFF leader then launched a legal challenge against National Council of Provinces (NCOP) chairperson Thandi Modise who forced him out of the National Assembly for his comments.

According to EWN the court ruled that Malema can say that the ANC led government killed the miners without being forced out of the Parliament.
