Kwaito star Sipho Brickz Ndlovu’s rape accuser broke down in tears yesterday at the Roodepoort Magistrate Court.

The 17-year-old was giving her testimony on the rape ordeal she endured allegedly at the hands of the kwaito star.

The court adjourned abruptly and had to be postponed due to the young girl’s emotional state and the fact that she also had an exam to write.

"We understand that the situation is beyond our control but I would like to indicate that the accused suffers financially because each time we come to court he has to pay us," Brickz' representative Dumisani Mabunda reportedly told the court.

The kwaito star is accused of sexually assaulting the 17-year-old girl at his home in March 2013.

He is currently out on R50 000 bail.
