well jugde you must say that in ZULU so that Zuma can clearly understand. he thinks of himself as a King!
How can you call these greedy corrupt mafias servents
hawu madlabantu wangiphoxa, it is not Zuma who calls his party a "ruling party." it is the media. wadlala ngo Msholozi nje. Me thinks Judge Moseneke is still bitter for not getting that Mogoeng job.
Ngcobo mfethu cha lekhehla liyasiphoxa isizwe sikamthaniya manje umelokhu etshelwa ngesingisi kwangathi ekezwa kahle. cha angizukukukhohlisa mfethu angilifuni lelikhehla buka nje lisidelelisa ngamaPedi manje akahambe gowani!
I wish our fellow countrymen would understand this basic difference between democracy and monarchy. That one simple change in perception would take our country forward in leaps and bounds.
how can they understand the difference with standard 3 and no integrity, if they had integrity with no education it would be better.
What was PW Bothas educational level

You coming to the real point. GOVT doesn't allow Public Servants to make business with it but the so called Politicians are making business with GOVT. You serve a Govt, you are Public servants. The Politicians are serving the Govt but are making business with GOVT. Meaning their business are illegal. Come on Ausi Thuli.
"He bemoaned that the economy was not growing and creating many jobs that will liberate people from poverty. He said children should be taught to work diligently and create long-term wealth instead of making a living from government tenders." - You should teach your kids how capitalism works, instead of teaching them how to be beggars and minimum wage miners.
Servants my foot, you'd have said something that poeple of this country dont see.
Whereas you are worshipping a greedy bustard who used to charge people some money for soliciting tenders in Polokwane
He bemoaned that the economy was not growing and creating many jobs that will liberate people from poverty. He said children should be taught to work diligently and create long-term wealth instead of making a living from government tenders
Under msholozi economy has declined , We used to be the number one in Africa But things have changed now Nigeria is number one We are cursed for replacing President Mbeki with nothing
you can say that again mfanakithi.
Dr Miles Monroe said yesterday that Mandela was a great leader that he realised that he had nothing to offer on a second term due to his age had to step aside for the country's sake! he said good leaders serve their people not themselves. guess we have Zuma who is just wrong in all levels of humanity.
Aaaagh thats what he knows only Mandela Mandela evrytimes he comes here to collect money , SA has become his cash cow
Oh sweeeet Jayheeeeesus. A servant????. and One who lives in a compound????? This is the end of Mac. He will be choking on his oxygen and rice krispies this morning. I hope it hurts like hell.
Well said Judge agree on this one
This Judge is surely sober, and he wanted to say something but because of his current position he is afraid Ntshebe we Bokke will be all over him in a jiffy!
Moseneke is a decent guy and has never shied away from speaking his truth. That is why he was not considered as Chief Justice, despite everyone wanting him to get the job
Mulani - I hope you are not thinking of Motata
Mr Moseneke, do you want to keep your job? If you do, then dont be "clever". Remain as stupid as the ones that gave the man a second term.
Even the ones who gave him a first term were stupid
Adv. Moseneke Sir; these vampires can never be servants. The appropriate word to use is perhaps administrators since their roles are to oversee Government administrative assignments. We are trying to fight superiority here and you still want to condone it by calling people slaves. A servant is a slave Sir. What are we then when we call them servants? Are we their Masters?
we vote them in to serve us. we listen to their promises as to what they are going to do for us. truth be told they need us more than we need them. at the moment some parties are working hard to ensure that all faith and trust between party and voters is eroded away. the numbers show.
You forgot to tell them to wear service uniform, overolls, ANC cplours, DA Colours, EFF is doing it and other parties, Overolls and go out to work
OMG Lot Ndlovu died? I worked with this guy, he was a fine manager, really, my work experience in SA with him as my manager was one of hte very best work experiences I've had, man this is so sad that he died,
Honestly speaking, there is nothing wrong with referring to the majority party as the ruling party. This happens all over the world, it's just that the ANC as a party, is being led by evil people. People who do not care about those that vote for them
the anc and their puppets are dealing with 'cosmetic' ie image of substance, they are lucky they are called 'rulers' that is still kind, considering all the things they are doing incl thievery, murder, deceipt etc
Well said. Hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears.
why I think SAns are being kinder when refering to hte gov rulers instead of exactly what tehy are ie killers tenderprenuering whilst our ppl are packed in body bags eg in CAR, they were desperate for kickbacks from said 'tender' rather concern themselves with lives of our soldiers who had as a result of their greed had to die needlessly!!!!
"So what about Nkandla, millions of idiots will still vote the anc comes May 7" Thank God I was not counted at those idiots that voted anc. Root out thieves in the Gov Mme Thuli, write a letter of demand this time around. As for my Commander In Chief, make sure that no oupas, oumas sleep at the parl. I got my full support. WE WANT MONEY, WE WANT MONEY, WE WANT MONEY, WE WANT MONEY.
its actually sad that the anc RULERS are readily compromising lives of our ppl at the corruption alter, I would never be a soldier in SA and I would advise any young person against such possibly suicidal decision, this bunch of thieves are not worth sacrificing one's life for, btw does SA still conscript ppl to go to army? cause I fail to understand why anyone would sign up, unless they are conscripted. The dpeartment of NOsiviwe is in shambles her main priority is harass EFF in parliament,
anc are bloody suckers
Sadly, 62% of our people allowed themselves to be suckered everytime.
Speak for yourself. If you feel you are cursed, then you are cursed. As for the economy declining, you will need to blame EFF and Mathunjwa.
There is an incorrect perception about the calling and naming of persons and institutions within our constitutional offices and others. Our government consist of three spheres, which is the Private Sector; the Public Sector and the Civil Society. The institutions that behold and implement executive powers are the Executives (Mayors/Premiers/Ministers), Legislature (Parliament)and the Judiciary(Courts). South Africa as a state is defined about what the country naturally has. I.e mineral resources, agricultural system and others. Investors look at us as a state not an oppressed nation. Therefore the ANC governs the country. it is only kings and chiefs that rules. unfortunately in SA there is perception that the ANC is bigger than our kings and chiefs under falls pretense of democracy and freedom...God bless SA.
Judge Moseneke is brave and principled. He is speaking the truth even though it will be used against him by Zuma and his ANC thieves.
Lobby groups Helen Suzman Foundation and Freedom Under Law have failed in their bid to have National Director of Public Prosecutions Shaun Abrahams and two prosecutors suspended‚ pending an inquiry into their fitness to hold office.
