A Nigerian national was arrested in Mahikeng on Friday for possession of drugs with an estimated street value of R160,000, North West police said.
The 23-year-old was arrested in Golf View following a tip-off from residents of the area, Colonel Emelda Setlhako said.
"The police went to search the place and found drugs such as Cat, nyaope and crystal methamphetamine, all with estimated value of R160,000."
He would appear in the Mmabatho Magistrates' Court soon, Setlhako said.
