The PEC in Limpopo held a meeting on Monday and he has been excluded from the list of the 20 delegates who will be going to Mangaung...Now he must explain to Zuma as to why did he loose..becuase he has promised Zuma that he will deliver Limpopo to him (Zuma). Report Abuse
