There is supplementary budget coming in soon Sowetan. Is called adjustment budget.

Dont you just love that liitle statement "some level of fraud and corruption" has contributed to budget overspending, as well as "misconduct related to abuse of commuted overtime". ??????
Please donate all your money to this cause. It is Christmas and these people in the department need a "little bonus". Eish!!!

Ask for some from Nkandlaville president since it looks like he has got a lot, that's why he is renovation his town by over R200m

Added to the R5.7-billion unauthorised expenditure it must answer to in the coming weeks, the department has now admitted that it expects to run out of money by February next year.

What I would like to know from the honorable MEC is what happened to the accounting officer(s) responsible for this unauthorized expenditure?????
