Marota's case is not new; in the Gauteng Provincial Government (GPG) and the national government departments this thing is rife. In the (GPG) people with Director's level are in a pool, I know of Chief Director's at national government who are in a pool.

People with serious packages but doing nothing.

She is too forward, there are many people like her who does nothing, for the past say 30 years working at Home Affairs, at Sandton Licensing Department, doing nothing, in fact assisting thugs to register stolen vehicles, they pay her and she gets her salaries month end, so dont worry, just enjoy the money, that is how is done in Government Departments, you are not alone, but plenty
