The life sentence imposed on a man convicted of beating an elderly Centurion nurse to death in 2003 has been commuted on appeal to 16 years, it was reported.
so you mean the court should warn the buzzard about the sentence everyday didn't he know that murder could carry such sentence? , was he not represented at all? ki ll ing defenseless people because of his background he is going to get lesser sentence what does that mean? so if i was abused then i'm excused to do whatever please thats BS Report Abuse

Mmm, served 8 of a 16 yr sentence, so he can now get parole any moment. This is what a life is worth in SA right now. Free on a technicality. Report Abuse
