CREATIVE name-calling has become part of the ANC lobby groups ahead of the party's elective conference in December in Mangaung.

I am starting to see that the editor of this thing is against President Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma becoz he writes more critics about President Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma than he does with Deputy Kgalema Motlante and that he is starting to irritate me seriously nxa !

It disappointing that out of all their hard work,Kgalema Motlante won't stand. Zuma will be voted unopposed. Then SA will continue to go down.

God deliver us from this Zuma guy..............He is not good for South Africa. Let him be the president of KZN................Zulu speaking people will never support any other leader unless that leader is Zulu.

I was supprised to see Zwelinzima Vavi singing from the same tume as Blade and Sdumo dlamini in 2007. I knew that they would turn against. Vavi turn against a leader that was going to defend him in difficult times the former president of COSATU (Willy Madisha).

ANC members understand the processes with regards to nominations and I can't recall if there is any one nominated (Kgalema included) who has indicated their availability for any position up to this far and that will remain the case until the nomination process is closed. Disciplined cadres of the movement are aware and respect that.
I suggest that before some people type whatever they want to type, at least be familiar with issues then one can make their statements.

Im putting my head on the block, Motlanthe might not accept nomination.....BUT if he decides to accept, he will defeat Zuma, and some people who disaprove will leave the ANC like those who left with Mbeki..

But should Zuma win, Motlanthe's backers will not leave the ANC......

Who is at the top, in my opinion, has become irrelevant as the very backbone of a party that once had admirable goals and methods has become rotten to the core.

I'm very pessimistic about the four candidates for the Presidency and Deputy (besides Zuma obviously). I will only talk about the two, and eliminate the green mamba (Phosa) and the poisonous rattle snake Sexwale.

Motlanthe: If u criticise the current leadership, then I dont understand how one can exclude Motlanthe from that leadership criticism. He is the Deputy after all. I do not buy into that as a Deputy his hands are tied. Marikana happened while he was in the country and we never saw his leadership. He seems to be defending e-tolls. His partner, fresh from being exonorated for the Iran-deal, is now a beneficiary of a doggy CAPITEC empowerment deal, that benefits what Gwede referred to as the "sprinkle of chocolate" at the top of the Irish coffee. I still haven't forgave him for denying visa to the Dela Lama when he was acting-president.

The BUFFALO SOLDIER: Unlike most blacks who thinks SA is for the poor only, I have no problem with Cyril being in business as a former freedom fighter. But he shares the same qualities with Motlanthe, he is a bit of a closed book. And that is very very scary. Mbeki was a bit of a closed book when Mandela made him his Deputy and many people in the ANC did not favour him as he spent most of his exile like in London, not in the "trenches" as they say when emotionally blackmailing us. He is a bit like that quite woman you love, but who might completely change or reveal their self the minute you say "I do"!!!

I am watching this space with caution. It doesn't help much if potential candidates always respond the same way when aksed about what they would do if in power, and say "we work as a collective...the ANC decides..".
We might as well don't change any leader then, as it is not that leader who is leading but the so-called collective!!!
