Why would you want to look like this? I dont understant why people pay a person to build himself like this, he is using drugs, there is no gym that can build you like this.

Mfumadi spends much of his free time working as a motivational speaker, addressing mostly pupils

Atlist he is trying sometning but our youth of today are posessed with demons from birth look they are killing each other in their school premises, having sex in their classrooms, smoking whooonga, wheeet, mandrax, cocain now bath salts this is just a drop in an ocean the problem is the government has given our kids more right than their parents they are just out of hands and this need to be stoped before it is too late wonder how we would be able to raise kids who do not even sleep at home

Abby, you are an inspiration to a lot of people here at work through your dedication & hardwork. I have known this guy for over ten years now and he has never 'engaged' himself in drugs.
Keep on with the good deeds to your community Abbs!

you seriously need thorough counseling before staring this, for this is a serious sporting code and none of us should take it for granted as it may result a serious muscle damage when lifting and pausing time and again. you should know that once you're in, it has to be forever, if you quit you become weak that's the disadvantage of it but for those who feel like doing it they are free to do so but should go for counseling.
