Which fool does not know that Municipalities are corrupt?
The vocal truth about Municipalities,
1. CFO 's with a metric without any experience!
2. Advertisement of tenders which are not existing but payment exist.
3. Top posts are being filled without any advertisement and interviews.
4. Taxi drivers getting in and out of the Mayors Office for what!?
5. Lots of women who work there with a non corresponding surname to the seniors are all having a child or two with the seniors or are baby mamas of the Mayor or the Municipal Manger hence most are men!
6. A fresh graduate can be a section 26 Manager because the father or the mother are Mayor or Municipal Manager.
7. The Mayor and the Municipal Manager as well as the CFO are always in position of hard cash of more than 30 000 every day!!
8. Beautiful ladies, top models and celebrities of all kinds always get in and out of the Mayors Office since most are men.
9. If you are a male outsider than obviously you are a Mayor or Municipal Manager's ''toyboy'' and you are there for her intimate service in case the Mayor or Municipal Manager are women!
10. Just like in National and Provincial Government, Municipalities as well are not an exception to the ''Government General Problem'' which is lot of sexual activities taking place during lunch in the Offices during work break or at the nearest surrounding lodges to the Municipality which are owned by either the Premiers, MEC's or Mayors of that Municipality.
What do you expect if I am a Mayor, my wife is a Municipal Manager, my son is a manager, my nephew is my secretary and my brother run a security company which guard the offices and my uncle is a key security guard at the gate!!??

I just hope that there's no corrolation between the support for Zuma leading to Mangaung and the release of this dossier by the end of december? or maybe the posse from Kwazulu natal is highly implicated and it might jeopordise thier changes at manguang time will tell

That is a secrecy billy of corruption, who is funding the protection of corrupted criminals. Our councillors have a right to inform us as rates payers and voters. There are in that municipality through our votes, to represent us ,not the corrupted hyenas, hence we have a right as a public and tax payers to know about the use of our money, than any corrupted monk -ey,s who pushes for secrecy to hide stealing.
Let all the councillors devulge information, we as the public we are there to back them, otherwise close the shop down and leave our moneys out of it.

@ Silolo, I dispute your take as directed to province or people in general , however the attitude of these ANC corrupted dictators is soo unspeakable, you cannt held people at ransome and deprive them of their right to transparecy and access to information enshrined within constitution as a bible for our democracy to protect the moral decay of the few corrupted culprits, it has never happened at the national level with many culprits previously apprehended for corruption, so you cannt expect it at municipal level of govt to happen, this is a serious cause of concern to all of us as a nation. Media has a right to inform us as a public, hence this kind of conduct needs to be uprooted and punished accordingly before it goes far.
