THE National Freedom Party leader who allegedly shot dead an IFP supporter outside the Ntuzuma Magistrate's Court on Monday was fired as a school principal in June for allegedly raping a pupil.
Why was he fired and not arrested for raping a child? And now the case is postponed for a formal bail application...why? he killed the guy in front of everyone. The south african justice sucks. The next think you will hear is that the case is postponed for further investigation but the damn killing was on the news....I am speechless. Report Abuse

This man's intention was to kill, when he drew out that firearm, he didn't shoot up or down to warn his victim. He did not even shoot the leg ! The guy was so brave to kill a person in front of the police, to top it all outside the Magistrate court. I rest my case, i wish Bheki Cele was still the MEC of police in KZN,those police which were there on the scene would have been fired by now,because the murder happened right underneath their nose.To live in South Africa is a high Risk.
