So if I understand well we are 851 times unsafe, and of the police officers who should protect us 20 000 of them cannot handle a firearm so they cannot protect us and 16 000 of them cannot operate an automobile to protect us.

Mangaung liberate the people please.

Before reporting to work, do cops drink beer?
And then they wonder why, when we see cops we don’t cheer…
This is just more reason for the general public to live in fear…

In some cases police can't do anything. Imagine being ambushed killed and your gun taken or injured and your gun taken.

Eish, these Pollies of ours! Last night I stopped at the shop and observed the following while waiting in the car. Police van arrive with blue lights on and drop his female colleague to go and do shopping. He doesn't park but block other cars that want to exit their parkings. After the motorists ask him to, he moves and park in a parking right next to me, his blue lights still flickerring. After about ten minutes a burglar alarm somewhere in the centre goes of, so now I observe his reaction, looks in the direction of where the sound come from, look the other way, then jumped out to collect his colleague after which they left in a hurry. Both were in full uniform.

Police sell guns, police reflective vests and even blue lights to criminals. 16000 is an understatement, those who have drivers licences still cannot operate automobiles. Incompetency in our public offices is scary.

Gone are those days when policeman/woman were respectable. Now they are jus filling positions in the SAPS. I thought a driver's licence was a must for any person working as a police officer, at least that is what their adverts say when they are advertise position to be filled. How did 16000 people get in the SAPS without licences? I cannot wait for the day when all departments are run efficiently and effectively, it might be a long wait though.
