This is what you hear everyday...I have been waiting for a house for 15 years, I do not have money to support my 11 children and 14 grandchildren, I have a job but i want 100% increase on my salary, i want this...i want that etc etc. The problem with our people is that they want to sit down and not do something for themselves. You will find a man/woman, a very healthy looking one with both hands and legs waiting for the goverment to build a house and other things but can afford to buy alcohol.
My mother raised us as a single parent, domestic worker. With the little she was earning she managed to gie us shelter and food. There are very few people in SA who realy need those grants and free houses, The rest are just lazy. All the best DA...i hope you will handle the needs of our lazy South Africans. The government owns about a third of all SA but that includes things like streets, the land under power pylons etc. I don't think the census will give us a very good idea of who owns what. There is supposed to be a land audit going on but it is a trainsmash. They have been busy with the audit for about 5 years and keep changing the parameters. Now they only want to look at what land the government has given to people instead of a complete picture. I think they know the answers and don't like them Report Abuse

It's not that white community doesnt see and know exactly what type of life they've put black community under and such condition still prevails and they're enjoying it since they dont want to cooperate to better the condition.Money wont change our the condition but land and minerals will make things better.

Mbeki_2The government owns about a third of all SA but that includes things like streets, the land under power pylons etc. I don't think the census will give us a very good idea of who owns what. There is supposed to be a land audit going on but it is a trainsmash. They have been busy with the audit for about 5 years and keep changing the parameters. Now they only want to look at what land the government has given to people instead of a complete picture. I think they know the answers and don't like them
