A Cape Town woman died on the eve of her 21st birthday when she was knocked down on the N2 highway.
Siobhan Natasha Smit was travelling near Somerset West around 8.30pm on Wednesday when her car broke down.
She and a passenger got out to find the problem, when a white bakkie ploughed into them.
