The article states that the NPA is 9 months behind the delivery of the spy tapes. And that the NPA is opposing the delivery of such. They are in turn showing contempt to the court order.

So, just to set the record straight, the spy-tapes have not been delivered yet. The spy tapes were ruled as inadmissible as evidence, therefore JZ still has all his corruption charges to account for.

Those "babies" must just have their napkins changed before they develop a serious infection from "political immaturity rush". How old were they when former Director of Public Prosecutions Adv Bulelani Ngcuka publicly declared that "there was a prima facie case" but he was not going to prosecute Zuma since the "case was unwinable" in court?

From a legal perspective, also supported by many legal experts around the country, Ngcuka's pronouncements were a load of bollocks, above all very contradictory. If there is a prima facie case, the duty of the prosecutions authority is not to publicly "win" the case via the media, but to charge and present the case before a competent court and let the learned judges decide.

Furthermore, the reason behind Zuma believing that indeed there was a political conspiracy was the so-called "Off the Record" briefing Ngcuka gave to only senior black editors in a posh hotel under cover of darkness. In that briefing, Ngcuka told the journos that the reason he is not going to charge Zuma was that he wanted him "to dry politically in the court of public opinion". Zuma's guilt was decided through the media, leaks emmanating from Ngcuka's office about Zuma's "corrupt" practices were even noted by both the Public Protector and Judge Joost Heffer, the latter even asked Mbeki to take serious steps against Ngcuka for such malicious leaks of sensitive information whereas the subject was not even charged.

I wish those "babies" interviewed by the Bloody Pondering Panda could research the facts before expressing raw feelings fuelled by their blind loyalty to Juju. Zuma was denied justice since 2001 and endured the "corrupt label" until 2005 when he was finally charged, after that he decided to fight the NPA at each turn because it was obvious the charges were part of a ploy to "kill him off" politically.

There is virtually no comparison to be made between Zuma's and Juju's cases. Zuma was investigated, paraded in the media as "corrupt" but denied an opportunity to answer to the charges.

In Juju's case, the DA approached the Public Protector to investigate tender irregularities linked to Malema in Limpopo, Afriforum opened a case of corruption after the City Press expose' about Juju's high life. At that time, Malema publicly invited the law enforcement agencies together with SARS to "come and investigate me, they will find nothing", "I have never seen a million rand in my account", "I am paying bond on my 3 million rand house".

Now that we know the truth, to hell with Bloody Pondering Panda and the grossly ignorant youth.

The DP(now DA) and NP decided to give in and allow talks with the ANC. They then had a plan to survive in SA politics after 1994 by splitting and REBRANDING themselves.

It is perfectly likely that, having destroyed all capacity to pursue any meaningful agenda of their own (white interests keeping SA's mineral wealth and economy under the whites wing), the white liberals will see their hopes and dreams, along with all their values and principles, withering on the vine. U cannot compare apple and the Guava, two fruits must be the same to make comparison on them. The fact that Zuma and Malema have wored the President wear it does not means they are the same. Malema have destroyed people some will loose their properties due to their weaknesses. The editors wish who sarbotage Zuma's movement and forward Malema's corruption must visit the phsycologist.
