Mrazane

What flimsy excuses for keeping unfit officials on the payroll, is it fear, or lack of knowledge or is it corruption?. In as much as there is a criminal case pending, these guys still need to be subjected to internal disciplinary hearings as their conduct is in contravention of internal disciplinary codes, and disciplinary hearings are more expedient than criminal cases as the burden of proof is much less. Is there no HR or ER in these departments what is all this nonsense?! First it was the murder accused mayor now these prosecutors.
