I've been under the impression that when one is sentenced normally they are there to hear what their sentece is and if its jail time they somaar go to cells there and there so what's with double standards she is a criminal for crying out loud and is afforded the opportunity to turn herself in like WTF?

The south african justice system is f@##d up, why is she given "time" to turn herself in, she was found guilty by a court of law but is given time to think about whether she wants to go to jail or not. @Punkies:I was in there for credit card fraud Sisi.I was working as a cashier at aJets store on West Street,Durban,i '' accidentally'' used a client,s credit card(wasnt 1st time) the to buy a TV ,i got caught and was sent to Durban Central Police Station on a Wednesday then on Friday we were all transferred to WesVille.The cells there were crowded and the 1st day i got there i was mugged,They took my Sebago shoe and Levi,s jeans and they gave me a blue overall wear.The very same day when we were moved to our cells i met a neighbour of mine whom i hadnt seen in over 3 years and he was still awaiting trial,He was notoriously known all over the prison and(If i must say) and he didnt recognise me,so i practically had to explain to him how i knew him and that i went to school with his younger brother,he still didnt recognise me but telling him about his younger brother softened him up,He was one of the Leaders of the 26 gangs(indoda emhlophe),so he let me stay with his crew and not be victimised on condition that wheneva i have visitors,i bring back Cigarettes and money.Now when you are queing for breakfast,there is this tendency of wannabe 26 gang thugs who stab prisoners or prison warders in order to climb the hierachy of the gang.I was only in ther for 17 days but it felt like a year ,I made bail,went straight to consult a witchdoctor,smeared some muti on my body and regretfully my docket went missing so my case was withdrawn, Westville is a very dangerous prison,. I must emphasise that i was NEVA RAPED because i had a protection from my former neighbour,but i must admits got a lots and lots of klaps in that place .Im not proud of what i did in the past but i have made a considerable change and improvement in my life.I now have a stable permanent post at Cape Nature earning a living wage. I was lucky not to be Raped in prison coz im a bit chubby.Good People im warning you STAY AWAY FROM PRISON
